Read this first: MemeSwap's $PLAYDEAD isn't live yet. Any contract address before Fri 9:00 AM CT isn't ours, and the only real one is posted by @memeswapdotfun. Nobody from MemeSwap will ever DM you a contract address, presale or whitelist.
$PLAYDEAD is the first public Aura Farm on the MemeSwap Launchpad, and it opens this Friday. These are the questions people ask most, answered in one place.
1. When is it?
Friday, October 23, 2026, from 9:00 to 9:02 AM CT (14:00 UTC). The Aura Farm is a two-minute launch window.
2. Which chain is it on?
Solana.
3. Can I buy early?
No. Nobody can buy before 9:00. There's no presale, no airdrop to claim, no whitelist and no early access. Everyone starts at 9:00.
4. Where do I buy?
Only in the MemeSwap iPhone app. On a computer you can follow along, but joining happens in the app. The app is on the US App Store and is 18+.
5. What price will I pay?
Everyone in the window pays the same price, set when the window closes. A buy at 9:00:01 and a buy at 9:01:55 get the same price.
6. How much can I put in?
Up to $500 per person during the Aura Farm, with one cap per verified iPhone (MemeSwap uses Apple App Attest for this). Anything over the cap is never charged.
7. What if I'm late?
A buy that lands after 9:02 is refunded in full.
8. Does the team get tokens?
No. $PLAYDEAD has no team tokens and no dev allocation. The creator joins in the same window, under the same $500 cap as everyone else.
9. What happens at 9:02?
The price is set, tokens are delivered and live trading opens inside MemeSwap. Quick flips right after the window are discouraged by design, so read the in-app details before you buy.
10. Can I trade it somewhere else?
Not until Graduation. Until then, $PLAYDEAD trades only inside MemeSwap and transfers are locked, so any $PLAYDEAD pool you see anywhere else before Graduation is fake.
11. What is Graduation?
Once enough has been raised on the MemeSwap curve, $PLAYDEAD moves to a public pool on Solana and can also be traded on Jupiter, Phantom and the Coinbase app. Graduation is a mechanic, not a promise, and it may not happen.
12. Where will the real contract address be posted?
At 9:00 AM CT on Friday, in exactly two places: the official $PLAYDEAD page and @memeswapdotfun on X. An unofficial token using the same name already exists, so check the address against those two places before you do anything.
13. Can I join from anywhere?
No. It isn't available in restricted regions, including the United Kingdom and sanctioned countries.
How to get ready
- Get the MemeSwap app on iPhone and update it before Friday: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/memeswap-wallet/id6808042688
- Fund the wallet with SOL on Solana, by card in the app or sent from an exchange, up to $500 plus a little extra for network costs.
- Keep Launch reminders on under Settings, then Notifications, and tap Remind me on $PLAYDEAD in the Launchpad once it's listed.
- Be in the app from 9:00 to 9:02 AM CT on Friday, October 23.
What the Aura Farm doesn't do
One price, one cap per verified iPhone and no early access are built to keep snipers out and give regular traders an equal shot at the opening. They don't make a meme coin safe. Prices can move fast in either direction once trading opens, and a token can lose most or all of its value.
